This recipe makes soft sweet custard from hard cereal. Grape Nuts are high in fiber, which is an important ingredient for people who must eliminate many types of roughage from their diet.

Note from a User: Debi cooks for her one-year-old granddaughter as well as her father, for whom she cooks Dysphagia-friendly food, and both love this recipe.
