Preheat the oven to 300º. In a baking dish soak the
Grape Nuts in the milk for 30 minutes. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold, topped with half and
half or milk if desired. Leftovers taste great reheated. Serves 6 to 8. |
