Preheat the oven to 350º. Grease a 2-quart casserole.
In a mixing bowl prepare the muffin mix according to the package
directions and stir in the Cheddar cheese. Set aside. In a saucepan
combine the soup, chili powder, garlic, chilies, onions, corn, and
turkey until blended and heat through.
Spoon the muffin mixture into the prepared casserole.
Spoon the hot mixture over the muffin mixture to within ½ inch of the
edge. Bake for 25 minutes, until the corn bread is golden. Garnish with
additional cheese, green onions, and sliced cherry tomatoes if desired.
